Alan Vang is the man! Totally helped me find my first suit for a big conference and Imma look so fresh. Not only did he find me the right fit, it came with a 40% discount and he taught me how to look professional in suits during our session. Overall, Alan is a class act and im confident that he would do the same for anyone that walked in through those doors.

This is the only Men's Wearhouse in Madison I will go to again, definitely worth the extra travel time if your not on the East Side. After some bad experiences at another location I wasn't sure about coming to this one, but it was a great experience. The manager Edward and his staff was super great and eager to help. Edward personally helped me out after I got to the store. I experienced quite a bit of stress trying to get a suit together for a wedding, but he took the time to put me in multiple different suits until we found what worked best for me. He also was really helpful with picking accessories like the shoes and helped set the vision for us. Edward was very knowledgeable and patient, and his other staff was the same. Again this location is the best in Madison, I don't plan on getting another suit anytime soon, but when I do I'll definitely come back to this store.

Perfect place to go to get sorted for a wedding! Everybody at the store took a complicated process and made it simple and fun. Marquis able to work with my ms to get all the colors got right, and Kyle made the entire fitting effortless and organized all the logistics for the groomsmen to get their suits. 14/10 go here. Also, shout out to all the guys and the manager for letting us bring our pup in to help rather than being stuck in the car on a hot day.

Came here to get tux rentals for our wedding. The employee we worked with made the process so easy. He helped pick and color match everything we needed & made sure every person in our group renting a tux had their own uniqueness to it (example- officiant, groom, fathers & groomsman all wore the same tux but guided us to color coordinating each group to flow with each other but still be different).

Hi, perspective from a young adult feminine presenting nonbinary person! I went into the Madison, WI east side location this past weekend with a friend who had experience shopping for men's wear as I was worried I would be treated poorly as it's a "men's" warehouse. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Conner helped me design and get measured for a gorgeous custom suit and fitted my friend for a couple custom shirts. We didn't end up catching the name of who I can only assume was the manager/owner on staff? (He mentioned that he had 20years of experience) and he was also just so nice. Not a single employee made me feel like I wasn't allowed/supposed to be there. During my time there I heard about how the west side location is either run or managed or owned by a queer woman (as Conner had told me since he had worked there for a few years as well) and that information along with the raving reviews of Danny? Dani? made the store a much more welcoming place. I will 100% be coming back and have already reccommended a couple friends to go there as a result of my experience there as a customer. Had I not already had a full time job, I would have definitely taken the guys helping me out up on the numerous job offers. They both deserve to be compensated for providing such good customer service. Thanks guys!
